“Human connection, is something we have been talking a lot about lately. At BBBS we have been in the human connection business for 50 years. We support human connection through mentorship relationships that express care, challenge growth, provide support, share power, and expand possibilities. We believe that every young person has the ability to reach their full potential. It is our responsibility to identify what adversities youth are facing and how mentorship can support youth to reach their potential. BBBS was intentional about creating partnerships that would bring together expertise so that we might co-design impactful mentoring programs.
